Exchanges
Any regular-size product purchased from us can be exchanged depending on the availability, within 7 days of receiving the product. Make sure it is unused and the labels/tags are in their original state.
No Exchanges On Custom Orders
No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
Customers will have to pack the returned items and send us at our address.
Please contact customer care through email, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp. The customer care team will guide you for returns and exchanges.
No returns will be accepted on change of mind.
Refunds
A refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned parcel.
The customer will bear delivery charges for return.
Make sure to return the parcel within 7 days of receiving your order.
Only items that are in their original state will be refunded.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash
